The Menopause Map is a comprehensive 6-month program designed to support you throughout your menopause journey, reduce symptoms and get you to take action/change habits. This duration applies whether you opt for the upfront payment or the monthly payment plan. Please note, there is a 7 day cooling off period where I will refund the full amount if you don't feel the group is right for you. We do not offer refunds once the program has truly started, as withdrawals can disrupt the group dynamic and overall process.
This group experience is designed for busy women to give you simple action steps each week that build upon each other to get you results. Sustainable weight loss, detoxification, repairing the gut, and changing your hormones takes time and consistency. This is not another fad diet, or quick fix. It is a full immersion, that sets you up for success through support, accountability and community. You get 8 months access to video modules to catch up if needed. It takes time to repair your metabolism, and create habits. It is not a race- this is your long term health at stake.
Each week, you'll need to set aside one hour for the live group call, plus an additional 30 to 60 minutes for supplementary video modules and action steps. (Some weeks there won't be calls and no modules so you can have a break, catch up and focus on implementation.) This balanced schedule is designed to fit seamlessly into your life. So overall, plan to have 60 min available each week for your health. If you can't make time for your health, you will likely soon have to find time to be sick instead.
Purchasing supplements is not a requirement of this program. While we'll explore the benefits of supplementation for various menopause-related issues, any recommendations for supplements, especially if indicated by your blood tests, are entirely optional. Participants do have access to practitioner-grade supplements at a discounted rate. Fundamentally, this program focuses on teaching vital lifestyle and nutrition principles for long-term health and symptom management. If I see an imbalance on your blood test I will explain the risks/benefits to you and it is up to you to if you want to choose to try supplementation.
Yes! Our group is small (maximum of 10-12 women). I strive to accommodate all time zones. While I cannot guarantee perfect timing for everyone, every effort will be made to schedule group calls at times that work for the majority. Recordings will be available the following day. Your willingness to be flexible for the group's schedule is greatly appreciated, and the best benefits and results will come from attending all calls.
Absolutely. You have the option to pay upfront and enjoy bigger savings, or you can select a monthly payment plan that suits your financial needs. You need to message or email me on [email protected] if you want a payment plan and I will send you a contract and link to set that up. You can not however, pull out after a few months, so be ready to commit.
This program advocates for a science-based nutritional approach tailored to peri-menopause and menopause. You'll be encouraged to consume fresh, whole foods and minimise intake of ultra-processed foods, sugar, and alcohol. The effectiveness of the program correlates with your commitment level, which we can personalise further during your private sessions. It is up to you and your goals how much you wish to participate.
While we generally recommend including some animal protein for optimal health, the choice ultimately rests with you. The program is designed to provide you with information and support, allowing you to make informed decisions about your diet.
Additional gut health testing, including a GI MAP stool test (lab fee AUD 415), is available upon request. To discuss the test results and receive a tailored protocol, a 45-minute Report of Findings Consultation (discounted for you to AUD $199) will be necessary.
